THE DARK KNIGHT RETURNS Part One – New Wallpaper Backgrounds from the Movie!
We know the new DC Animated Film, THE DARK KNIGHT RETURNS Part One, won’t come out for another month but we’re all so excited here we decided to post a few Free DKR Wallpapers to celebrate! Hey, it is Wednesday and that means “Wacky Wallpaper Wednesday”! These were made from fresh stills from the movie. We get to see Batman, Robin ( Carrie Kelley! ), and Gotham City Police Commissioner Jim Gordon. Enjoy. Oh yeah, just to clarify, the movie will be released on DVD, Blu-Ray & digital download on September 25th, 2012.
BATMAN ACTION FIGURES – Wacky Wallpaper Wednesday!!
OK, do you know what time it is? It’s “Wacky Wallpaper Wednesday”! Yes, NOW is the time of the week where we post some fun FREE BATMAN WALLPAPERS you can use to brighten your desktop. This time around I thought we would celebrate “Collecting Batman Toys” so here are some wallpapers with an “Action Figure” theme.
The 1st one was made using a photo sent in to us by a friend of the BAT-BLOG named Cully ( Thanks Dude! ). These toys are some of THE DARK KNIGHT RISES Movie Action Figures with 2 examples of the Bat-Signal you could make. ( Each figure came with one piece & when you buy them all together you get a complete “Bat-Signal” to display ).
Next, is a really great pic showing the BATMAN: DARK KNIGHT RETURNS 4-Pack that will be coming out in 2013. Each figure comes with a display base ( sidewalk piece ) and I totally love the Carrie Kelley ROBIN figure, it’s so cool!!

Since today is the time that most people will have seen the new BATMAN: THE DARK KNIGHT RETURNS Part 2 DVD Movie ( it was released yesterday, January 29th ) I thought I would post a few B:TDKR WALLPAPERS to celebrate!
The 1st two feature my favorite character in both the graphic novel and film, Carrie Kelley, The Girl ROBIN! Then, we get a rare glimpse at a few Members of the Mutant Gang. Enjoy!
