THE DARK KNIGHT Batman Teddy Bear Costume At Build-A-Bear Stores
Here’s a new Batman product that’s been out a little while that some of you might wanna get. It’s a Batman Costume Clothing Set for a Teddy Bear! Yeah, you read that right…Teddy Bear Clothes! Actually, it’s kinda cool & it’s the bat-suit version from the Dark Knight movie. They sell these at the Build-a-Bear stores ( You can find at your local Shopping Mall ). We did a post about this along time ago when they 1st came out & they’re still selling them…WOW! I guess they must be selling pretty good if they’re keeping them around, ha ha! I decided to do a re-post on this because a new Bat-Blog Reader, named Paul, sent these really GREAT PICS & they’re way better than the ones I had before. Thank you Paul, I appreciate that!
Brand-New Vintage-Style BATMAN & BATGIRL T-Shirts!!
While surfing the net the other night I came across these brand-new ultra-cool Batman T-Shirts that I thought I would share here. They’re some new designs that just came out. I thought the one with the Batgirl design is too awesome because it looks like a Vintage Halloween Costume. The Batman one in the middle looks like it’s from the 1980’s ( or even the 1970’s ) & the one with just the “Batman Logo” is cool because it’s the modern version you don’t see on T-Shirts very often. New BATMAN CLOTHING For Children To Look For at Wal-Mart
I stay awake at night tossing & turning because I worry if Wal-Mart is making enough money. So, I decided to do this post to help them out, ha ha! No, not really, actually our good friend THE BATFAN recently went on a wacky crazy shopping spree & found a lot of very cool Batman merchandise he wanted to share. Now, he mostly buys toys & other cool bat-collectibles, but when he came across these kid’s clothes with these amazing Batman graphics, he HAD to get them! What you see here is an almost complete outfit ( at least for the Summer Swimming Pool ). Here’s a Batman Baseball Cap & Swim Trunks. They both feature vintage 1980’s comic book artwork by Jose Luis Garcia Lopez! Anybody familiar with this artist knows how good his stuff is. I like the hat but the graphics on the shorts are really really great! Too bad they’re only children-sized or else I would buy a pair for myself. Desmond the Batman Fan Sporting His New BAT-HAT!
Here’s a fun photo we’re proud to share because it features our good bat-buddy, Desmond! This cool kid is crazy for Batman and he wanted to show us this fun new hat he got for Christmas. It’s a Fedora with a Bat-Symbol Logo on the side. Oh man, that is so AWESOME!!
Thanks Desmond, now I’m totally jealous, ha! But, seriously, your new hat is extremely cool! ( Yes, I’m still jealous! )
New CAPTAIN ACTION Toy Doll BATMAN OUTFIT Revealed at 2012 NYCC!!
Oh Man, check out the beauty of this photo!! At this years recent 2012 New York City Comic Con ( NYCC ) the CA Enterprises Toy Company revealed the prototype of what the packaging for the “CAPTAIN ACTION Batman Outfit” will look like and it looks GREAT! I totally love the retro silver-age style. They even used Carmine Infantino artwork!! Plus, if you look at the back of the box they also show that they will be making one of The Joker!! Look for these to hit retail stores around 2013.
For the few people who don’t know who Captain Action is, this was a very famous toy line in the 1960’s created by the Ideal Toy Company. Basically, he was sort of like the 12″ G. I. Joe Doll except Captain Action had a different persona and then they also sold Superhero Outfits you could buy to transform him into another character. They made outfits of Batman, Aquaman, Superman, Spiderman, and many others. These vintage toys are hard to find today & very collectible. Plus, they’re just really cool!!
